Weekly taster sessions
Every week one of our teachers opens a window into their craft. In a live online session they talk about what inspired them, which experiences shaped them, and why they became a blacksmith, a musician, a gardener or a chemist.
Children and parents can listen, watch and ask questions. It is a simple way to feel the spirit of One More School before setting foot in a workshop.
Guidance to the Parents
Raising a child is not a problem to be solved by a school. It is a shared journey. At One More School we walk alongside parents: strengthening good authority, showing what warm leadership looks like, and helping families become places where children learn what is good and what is false.
We do not ask parents to step back. We invite them in. Through personal conversations and evening workshops we make time for what matters most: time with our children, time for our family, and the courage to build a home where old wisdom and a new future meet.

Founder
An education evangelist with more than three decades of teaching and administrative experience, Deepa has influenced the lives of students, parents and organisations across India. She has founded and led progressive educational institutions and served as Principal and Associate Director of Heritage Xperiential Learning School.
Brand and Communication
Ajay is a seasoned entrepreneur, digital marketing coach and brand storyteller with over 25 years of experience in media, marketing and advertising. Through strategic storytelling and digital tools, he helps organisations and young entrepreneurs turn ideas into meaningful growth.
Social Emotional Learning
Sakshi is a psychologist devoted to philosophy, holistic innovation and preventive mental well-being. Her work across hospitals, mental-health organisations, schools and research brings compassion, careful study and a developmental perspective to every young life.
Senior Counsellor
With more than 15 years in education, Ritu is a mentor, educationist and certified counsellor. Her experience in child guidance, chemistry, life coaching and international schools helps young people discover strong, individual paths into their future.
Legal Adviser
Pritika is our legal adviser and an accomplished lawyer with Cornelia Chambers. As Deepa’s daughter, she is personally and wholeheartedly committed to bringing this project to life, combining close family ties with the legal strength and determination needed to carry its vision forward.
Architect and Designer of the School Programme
Drawing on many years of experience in education and a deep understanding of human nature, Kelian has developed an organic approach to how human beings can unfold and develop in the best possible way.
